Ingredients
- ½ (16 oz) pkg strawberries
- 2 tbsp sugar, divided
- 5 kiwis
Steps
- Hull and slice the strawberries. Using a blender or an immersion blender, purée strawberries and 1 tbsp sugar until smooth. Divide purée between 2 ice cube trays, filling halfway. Freeze 30 min., until almost solid.
- Peel and slice the kiwis. Using a blender or an immersion blender, purée kiwi and remaining 1 tbsp sugar until smooth. Divide purée between 2 ice cube trays, over strawberries, filling to top. Freeze until solid.
